**Defrosting needed prior to cooking**
1. Add loosened noodles into boiling water, stir and cook for about 100 seconds.
2. Drain and toss noodle with sauce or sesame oil immediately so that noodles dont stick together.
3. Serve in soup or add meat and vegatables as desired.
Perishable, keep refrigerated or frozen.
